Shipping Policy GCC
We will process your order as soon as possible. All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. All orders are subject to availability. Once your order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation. Once the package has been sent, you will
receive an email with a tracking number.
Orders will be delivered to you Monday through Friday. All deliveries must be signed for receipt unless the courier offers another option. Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud, we do not allow delivery to mailboxes. If your order consists of several items, we reserve the right to share the delivery. This can happen if certain items are delayed at the time of ordering. In case of shared delivery, you will receive tracking for each package. You will not be charged for additional shipping costs in this case.

We sell our coffee beans on a FOB or CIF basis, and we are happy to help you recommend a good shipping line. Transshipment of containers is usually done via Singapore, Dubai, or Port
Klang, Malaysia.
Payment Terms
We only accept TT (telegraph transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit) payments. TT and L/C will be directed to our company account in the UAE. We do not accept L/C for the volume of fewer than 1 container of coffee beans. Western Union, cryptocurrency, and other
non-bankable payments are not accepted. Payment can be made in USD, EUR, or
AED.
A 30% down payment is required. After receiving this payment, we start the packing of coffee beans into jute bags. To load a 20-foot container, we need 3 working days. Staffing the container with coffee beans takes 2-3 hours.
We prepare the shipping documents after the container with coffee beans has been shipped: the bill of lading, the certificate of origin, the invoice, and the packing list.It takes 3-5 days to prepare all the documents. Right after that, we send you a photocopy of the B/L and COO. It is now your turn to send us the remaining 70% payment. After we receive payment, we will send you the original documents via DHL or a telex release.
Quality Control
We pay a lot of attention to producing coffee beans. Every production batch is tested separately. To test coffee beans’ quality, we use a coffee laboratory in each jurisdiction. It is an independent laboratory that tests our products on physical characteristics, tasting notes, and scores.
We are happy to see your representatives in our production units. You can come at any time to monitor the production process and stuffing of the container. Please come to our warehouse to check the quality, or you can hire an independent surveyor who will do it for you.
Can you visit your coffee plantation?
Yes, please come and visit our coffee bean plantations. Let us know the date and time of your arrival, and we will pick you up at the nearest airports. It takes about 2-3 hours to drive from the airport to our process centers globally. We can also help arrange your
accommodations in your favor.
Most of our first-time wholesale buyers come and visit our processing center for the first time. You need to see the production process, our staff, and the packing and stuffing of containers.
Sample Request
We can provide a free sample of coffee green beans for 1 kg per type of green beans. We will provide a spec sheet for the sample requested along with the beans. You will only need to pay for shipping, which will be done using DHL. The samples above 5 kg will be subject
to an additional cost for phytosanitary certification.
